It was difficult to manage to bring the connection back from the Bharti Airtel broadband provider… (my ennui matter)
First you have to dial a common customer number, then you have to enter your broadband number. With many 1-2 1-2 entry
related to the choice of service you want from the automated voice request you will hear a human voice. They ask you again to provide your phone no. and then whole story. They will give you a request ID and will also ask you your email ID. Next what you will never hear from them. I called thrice repeating the same steps. When I request to send me the details and follow up of my
complains to the email. They just never do. Somehow got the connection back. I guess something is lacking. Whole experience is irritating. Some better solution from either end is to be found in coming future. Amen…
Its alright!! It happens and it happens if not with this service then some other one. But pushing for the best is what I do from either end.
Next, I got delighted to know that Adobe is out with its own online office software “Buzzword“. It is cool too.The online office list is growing. This is good for the webified application’s health.

There is one opposable view of the personal branding in this blog. What to say, first the meaning of brand word is taken as it is to the the personal branding sense. For me, I understand personal branding as this:
– having own identity on the web as its easy and time saving effort to connect
– having own identity in the corporate world, either thru the talk, presentation or doing some different work like patent etc
– having own identity in the society by mean of involving in society activity not the usual one
All said, it does not mean one is not implicitly part of this. But I believe a conscious push is required for the evolution or revolution. I also believe that this thought can be superseded by a better method of personal identity but till then there is no harm.
